Todd Boruff is the communications program director for the Institute for Social Concerns. He works with the communications team to develop a comprehensive communications strategy and manages the day-to-day implementation of the strategy across various media. He is the primary graphic designer and photographer for the institute’s marketing campaigns and events and also manages the institute’s five social media channels.

Prior to joining the institute, Todd was the video producer for the College of Arts and Letters, telling the stories of students, faculty, and alumni on campus, across the country, and in eleven countries around the world. If he could return to any filming location it would be to the archeological site of Butrint, Albania. He also independently produced and directed Invisible Sky, a feature documentary released in 2019 advocating for greater safety in general aviation.

Todd holds a master’s degree in communication from Purdue University, graduate certificates in strategic communication management and instructional design, a bachelor’s degree in film, television, and theatre from the University of Notre Dame, and a certificate in audio engineering and music production from the Recording Workshop.
