ACTIVITIES: To be a teacher at Xavier High School, one must be prepared to do the following: 1) teach up to three classes from a standard high school curriculum. 2) live and work in community with one’s co-workers and with the students. 3) live simply, without guarantees on certain accommodations like constant internet access or hot showers. 4) serve as coaches, moderators, counselors, and other roles for the school at-large. 5) live in a diverse, international community of fellow teachers, staff, administrators, and Jesuits. 6) live guided by Jesuit spirituality, including attending weekly Masses, monthly school Masses, and weekly prayer gatherings. 7) live in a remote but beautiful part of the world–Chuuk, FM
