Paige Osika serves as the Assistant Program Director of Notre Dame Programs for Education in Prison (NDPEP), providing career development and reentry support for students and alumni in the Women’s College Partnership (WCP) and Moreau College Initiative (MCI) in central Indiana. Their background is in psychology and community engagement, previously working in Disability Justice where they specialized in encouraging the community to rethink neurodiversity and mental health. Paige’s personal and professional values center on empowering others by taking additional time to create safe spaces for every individual and by teaching others how to use their voices to reclaim power. Outside of work, Paige hosts free, sustainable clothing swaps with her friends (@indyswaps), trains as a circus performer, and hangs out with her cat, Stevie.
