Associate Director, Finance and Administration
Laura Mortlock-McMinn joined The Center for Social Concerns in 2024 as the Associate Director of Finance and Administration. She assists in with the development of the Center’s financial strategies, and oversees the day-to-day management and timely implementation of the budget process, financial operations, and reporting throughout the fiscal year.
Laura joined the University of Notre Dame in 2013 as the Assistant Director of the Radiation Laboratory. Prior to coming to Notre Dame, Laura served as the Director of the Saint Joseph Wound Healing Center for almost a decade. She has also held a variety of positions working with people with developmental disabilities.
Laura holds a Master’s of Public Affairs with a major in Public and Community Services Policy and Administration from Indiana University of South Bend. She holds a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Therapy from Michigan State University.
