Jhaylee Busby is a Justice Education Program Manager. She joined the center in March of 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Master’s degree from Michigan State University in Criminal Justice.

Prior to working at the University of Notre Dame, Jhaylee worked as a high school Social Studies teacher and at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Southwest Michigan, working in member advocacy to create and sustain supplemental partnerships within the club that support academic programming.

In her free time, Jhaylee enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
