FOCUS: To promote physical and mental health and facilitate the prevention of disease, injury, and disability for all St. Joseph County residents.

ACTIVITIES: Assist in health education program development, implementation, and evaluation. Develop key public health skills through community partnership building and facilitation. Assist with SJC Food System Assessment, SJC Food Access Council development, opioid and substance abuse efforts, trauma-informed/responsive practices, and lead poisoning prevention efforts.

HOURS: MON–FRI 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., weeknights and weekends as needed, flexible schedule

REQUIREMENTS: 18 +; U.S. citizen; TB test; commit to one semester; up to date immunization records
