Summer Service Learning Program

The Summer Service Learning Program

How do my actions contribute to the common good? What are ways that I can practice solidarity with the marginalized? How can I use my skills to promote justice and human dignity? In the Summer Service Learning Program (SSLP), students serve for eight weeks with non-profit organizations related to healthcare, poverty, immigration, education, and other social issues.

Sponsored by Notre Dame Clubs across the country, SSLP students receive up to $3,000 and three credits toward a variety of minors and majors. Students develop experience in their field while standing side by side with all people, working for "a world where justice and love prevail."
