St. Martin de Porres Academy

ACTIVITIES: Teaching Fellows at SMDP Academy serve as classroom aides to Master Teachers, receiving support and training throughout the year. Fellows also coach sports and facilitate arts and service activities. Fellows receive an AmeriCorps stipend (~$12,530/yr), subsidized housing, health insurance; an educational award and the opportunity to earn a free Master’s of Education with extended service.
