Jhaylee Busby, M.A.
Program Manager
Jhaylee Busby is a justice education program manager at the Institute for Social Concerns. Joining the institute in March 2023, she is a part of the justice education team that supports undergraduate scholarly engagement through courses, immersive experiences, and community action. She oversees logistics for the NDBridge program and works alongside other justice education efforts. She also serves as the treasurer of the Young Leaders of Notre Dame.
Prior to joining the University, Jhaylee worked as a high school social studies teacher and with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America doing community outreach, college preparedness, and member advocacy.
Jhaylee holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Western Michigan University.
