Judy Benchaar is the senior program manager for the Institute for Social Concerns. She joined the institute staff in July 2014.

Judy holds an M.A. in romance languages and literatures from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. in French and international studies from Indiana University. She has worked at the University of Notre Dame since 2010. Prior to that, Judy worked in the travel industry for many years.
