Jubilee Consortium Episcopal Urban Intern Program

ACTIVITIES: Jubilee recruits corps members from across the U.S. to live in community and work for change by serving full-time in some of Los Angeles’ most creative and effective social service agencies. These agencies provide corps members with high-level, meaningful engagement with problems and solutions of social injustice. EUIP partners with a variety of agencies serving populations ranging from: homeless, unemployed, formerly incarcerated, abused children, at-risk youth, immigrants, refugees, and persons living with HIV/AIDS. OVERVIEW: A 2017 Service Year Alliance Program Impact designee, Jubilee’s Urban Service Program is a fellowship offering a unique, diverse corps of young adults the opportunity and space to grow personally and professionally while uplifting communities, transforming lives, and critically engaging concepts of justice and equity. Jubilee staff encourage individuals of all spiritual understandings to apply to the Urban Service Program, one of the longest continuously operating service programs in the nation.
