John Charles Bryant Fellowship

The John Charles Bryant Fellowship is a one-year blend of clinical and service outreach experiences at Beacon Medical Group E. Blair Warner Family Medicine Residency in downtown South Bend.

This fellowship includes a $26,000 stipend for living expenses; applicants are expected to attend medical school at some point in the near future. This fellowship offers great clinical and professional experience working with underserved communities for students expecting to attend medical school. Opportunities include rooming patients, scribing for residents and faculty, partaking in street medicine outreach, participating in refugee resettlement health assessments, and operating the clinic’s on-site food pantry. This unique position offers an in-depth exposure to understanding social determinants of health and provides countless educational opportunities. Applications are due in late January.
