Casey Cheatham is a justice education program manager at the Institute for Social Concerns. In this role, he manages the daily operational and administrative tasks for several justice education programs, while also supporting institute initiatives and events.
Before joining the institute, Casey served as dean of students at Lane Tech College Preparatory High School in Chicago Public Schools, worked with non-profits around Chicago, and taught social studies and mathematics for the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Casey holds a master’s in urban education from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a bachelor’s in history from Southern Illinois University.
