Camp Fiver

The Fiver Children's Foundation is a comprehensive youth development organization that empowers children from underserved communities to develop life skills and to reach their full potential. Fiver's 10 year commitment to each child includes year-round mentoring and counseling programs, a character building residential summer camp, and partnerships with schools and community based organizations. The SSLP student will serve at the summer camp, Camp Fiver.

COA Youth & Family Centers, Camp Helen Brachman

The mission of COA Youth & Family Centers is to help Milwaukee children, teens, and families reach their greatest potential through a continuum of educational, recreational, and social work programs offered through its urban community centers and rural camp facility. As a multicultural agency, COA values diversity and cooperation, and promotes growth and positive social interaction.

Camp Boggy Creek

Camp Boggy Creek, a year-round camp for seriously ill children, offers week-long summer sessions for children as well as family retreat weekends for the whole family. Students also spend a number of weeks with My Brother’s Keeper, an outreach ministry of Blessed Trinity Parish. At Boggy Creek, the student is a counselor for children who have serious illnesses.

Albrecht Acres

Albrecht Acres is an overnight camp for people of all ages who have physical and mental disabilities. Camp activities include fishing, drama, art, cookouts, campfires, dances, and hayrides, all designed according to the ability and needs of each camper. Counselors come from all over the world to help work with our campers. It is a very special group of young people!

The center's mission is grounded in Catholic social tradition, especially the principles of human dignity, solidarity with the marginalized, and the common good.
