Camp Boggy Creek

Camp Boggy Creek, a year-round camp for seriously ill children, offers week-long summer sessions for children as well as family retreat weekends for the whole family. Students also spend a number of weeks with My Brother’s Keeper, an outreach ministry of Blessed Trinity Parish. At Boggy Creek, the student is a counselor for children who have serious illnesses.


L'Arche Greater Washington, D.C.

At L'Arche Greater Washington, DC, people with and without developmental disabilities share daily life together, creating deep friendships in an interdenominational Christian faith community. Our community is welcoming of people of all faiths. We celebrate the giftedness of all people and seek to learn from one another through relationships based on mutuality and respect. L'Arche GWDC is comprised of four homes, two in Adams Morgan, DC and two in Arlington, VA.

Roanoke Rescue Mission Free Clinic

The Rescue Mission is a primary and urgent care clinic designed to meet the needs of uninsured, unemployed, and homeless individuals. Our mission is Helping Hurting People in Jesus’ Name. The Mission provides comprehensive primary care, dental services, optometry services, mental health services, and educational/support classes, as well as referrals in all medical fields. All of our providers are volunteers. Our services are free of charge to the patients.


Fan Free Clinic

Fan Free Clinic provides medical treatment, case management, and social services to those with limited access to care. Medical services include general medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, primary care, as well as HIV antibody testing. The student helps register patients, maintains files, and prepares patients for their appointments by taking blood pressure, weight, etc. The medical director also trains the student to help with blood sugar monitoring.


Centro Tyrone Guzman

Founded in 1974, Centro Tyrone Guzman is the oldest and largest Minneapolis-based multi-service Latine organization. We serve low-income Latines of all ages, from infants to elders. We are located in South Minneapolis, though our services reach Latines across the Twin Cities.

Education, Family Engagement, and Community Engagement are at Centro Tyrone Guzman’s core. We offer a continuum of culturally-responsive, Montessori–influenced programs that educate family members of all ages within the context of holistic well-being.


Father Fred FoundationTraverse Health Clinic

Father Fred Foundation provides emergency and direct services for individuals and families in the area. On a typical day about 100 people come to the center looking for different kinds of assistance. At Father Fred Foundation, the student spends time in each department, gaining experience in all operations. The Traverse Health Clinic provides health care to the uninsured. At the Clinic, the student performs reception work, such as directing patients and scheduling appointments.


Wingra Clinic

With oral health problems in low income children being the most significant child heath problem in the state of Wisconsin, The Wingra Clinic offers a dental varnish application program for at-risk children between 6 months and 6 years old, seeking to reduce cavities and improve oral health. The student helps organize and carry out the dental varnish program and also researches motivations and barriers involved in the clinic's patients missing their scheduled appointments.

L'Arche Spokane

L’Arche Spokane is a faith-based Christian community providing residential living for people with developmental disabilities. L’Arche Spokane creates a family environment where people with and without developmental disabilities share life.


Little Sisters of the Poor - Sacred Heart Residence

As Little Sisters of the Poor, we care for the elderly poor in the spirit of humble service that we have received from our foundress, St. Jeanne Jugan. We welcome the Elderly as we would Jesus Christ himself and serve them with love and respect until death.

Sacred Heart Residence is a Catholic home for the aged, serving the neediest elderly of every race and religion. It is located in the heart of a residential area in midtown Mobile and has been operating at the same site since 1901.


Hospitality House of Southwest Michigan

The Hospitality House offers a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home for visitors to the city's two hospitals. The student is part of the House community and works to maintain the operation of the house by overseeing administrative and up-keep tasks, including a lot of day to day cleaning. The other half of the student's time will be spent at Bronson Methodist Hospital.
