Tree Street Youth

In July 2011, Tree Street Youth Center opened to meet the challenge of providing low-income youth the opportunity to learn and grow in a nurturing environment. Located in the heart of downtown Lewiston at 144 Howe Street, it serves as a vibrant hub of daily youth-driven activity for 120-150 students in grades K-12 and is the only center solely focused on meeting the educational and social needs of at-risk youth. The Center is strategically located directly across from the Governor Longley Elementary School and on the walk route to both Lewiston Middle and High Schools.

Saint Gianna's Maternity Home

Saint Gianna's is a pro life, Catholic home of formation for pregnant women and their children. Located in the small village of Warsaw, ND, one half hour north of Grand Forks, ND. We live as a family with the residents and are looking for students interested in joining our family for the summer. For more information see our website:

The Children’s Place

The Children’s Place, founded in 1978, is a non-profit agency that helps heal the youngest survivors of abuse, neglect and trauma. The Day Treatment Services program serves children, six years and younger, who have been abused or neglected and provides them with an early childhood education; including intensive treatment combined with expert, evidence-based therapy services and interventions.

West Side Catholic Center - Family Engagement Department

Agency Mission: Grounded in faith, hope, love and respect for those we serve, we assist all who come in need of food, clothing, shelter, advocacy and a path to self-sufficiency. The Family Shelter provides emergency/transitional housing. The SSLP student can assist with any and all of our programs, primarily working with the children, youth and family services and programs. Student may also engage with the West Side Catholic Center across the street.

Camp Tecumseh

Camp Tecumseh- a sleep-away camp that is unmatched anywhere. Evening cabin devotions and morning chapel help set the tone for a culture that lives caring Christian principles in everyday camp life. Boys and girls ages 8 through 15 return year after year to what many of them say is ‘the best place in the world’.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City provides a fun, safe environment for kids to learn, play, grow and meet new friends. From sports to education and group activities, the Clubs provide quality programs to thousands of area kids every day; the kids who may otherwise lack the resources for such opportunities. The number of children left home alone with no adult supervision has only increased over the past 10 years. That’s why the Clubs are open before and after school, snow days and some holidays, providing a positive outlet for kids during their free time.

St. Anne's - Los Angeles

St. Anne's is a nonprofit agency located on a 6 acre campus just West of Downtown Los Angeles. Our main service population is pregnant and parenting teens in the Foster Care and Probation systems, but we also provide a multitude of services on site and in the local community ranging from housing, child care, mental health services, parenting support, workforce development, and educational opportunities.

East Lake United Methodist Church

East Lake United Methodist Church and P.E.E.R., Inc. are located in the South East Lake neighborhood. South East Lake is a diverse, low-income neighborhood in the eastern area of Birmingham, Alabama. The community boasts of an arts group, a great nature center, and an active neighborhood association.

Alta Vista Eagle Academy

The Alta Vista Eagle Academy is a 7-week summer program for children entering Kindergarten through 2nd Grade at Alta Vista Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida. The Eagle Academy addresses two main issues related to learning that low-income children in Sarasota face: the readiness gap and summer learning loss.

Family Service Center of Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis

Catholic Charities is the largest social service provider in the metro-area of St. Paul and Minneapolis. We serve those most in need and are a leader in solving poverty, creating opportunity, and advocating for justice in the community. Last year, we served 35,000 people in need in our community.
