Volunteers in Transition

Volunteers in Transition Certificate Program

Qualities of leadership exhibited by postgraduate volunteers are increasingly recognized by employers. The goal of this week-long certificate program is to offer tools and resources to help volunteers transition from volunteering to employment. The certificate program is open to anyone who has completed a year or more of full-time volunteer service. The certificate program will be held at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana during the week of August 2–7, 2015. The program is free and includes a $150 stipend to help cover travel and food. Also, free lodging is available in an on-campus air-conditioned dormitory, double room occupancy.

The Volunteers In Transition Certificate Program in Career Management is presented by the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business Master of Nonprofit Administration Program in collaboration with the Center for Social Concerns
