Geddes Hall, Coffee House
The Riddle Bird Café welcomes performances focused on justice themes presented from diverse perspectives. Poets, singers, storytellers, comedians, musicians, and performance art lovers are all encouraged to join us. No prior performance experience is needed to take the stage. Sign-ups will be available on the day of each event. Each event will showcase a local featured artist performing a 20-30 minute set, followed by brief discussion about their art.

Pam Blair (aka “Poetic Melody”) is an Elkhart/South Bend native, Born Artist, Program assistant for The Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Diversity Co- facilitator on racial issues, Poetess, and founder of The Poetry Den.
Arts of Dignity: Juried Art Exhibit
This event coincides with the opening of the Arts of Dignity: Juried Art Exhibit which features works exploring contemporary realities in which dignity is either threatened or enhanced. Join us in Geddes Hall to view pieces submitted by undergraduates at the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College, and Holy Cross College.
These events are a partnership between the Notre Dame Creative Writing Program, the South Bend Civil Rights Heritage Center, and the Center for Social Concerns.
