DeBartolo Performing Arts Center, Leighton Concert Hall
The Send-Off Ceremony is an opportunity for us to celebrate graduating students whose involvement at the center indicates a commitment to doing good in the world. Whether your next step after graduation is to take a job, attend graduate or professional school, or do service, we invite all those who have participated in the center’s programs and minors to join us for a recognition and celebration of their commitment. Guests include University president, Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., and 2022 Laetare Medalist, Sharon Lavigne. Cords will be given to students completing the Catholic Social Tradition Minor, the Poverty Studies Interdisciplinary Minors, and the McNeill Leadership Fellows Program.
A reception with food and drink will follow the ceremony.
Families and guests are encouraged to attend the celebration, too. It will be free but ticketed. Preferred deadline to RSVP is May 3, 2022 for students. Graduates who RSVP after that date will not appear in the event program.
A live stream will be available the day of the event. Click the link below to tune in.
