SSLP LEARNING GOALS AND SYLLABI

LEARNING GOALS 
  • Deepen solidarity and respect for individuals in marginalized communities.
  • Develop reflective skills and the ability to effectively communicate service learning experiences using media.
  • Use knowledge of Catholic social tradition to inform moral decision-making and frame responses.
  • Identify causes and effects of systemic social issues through the integration of critical thinking, creativity, and contemplation.
  • Explore the integration of faith and justice in the discernment of one’s vocation beyond the SSLP experience.
