Focus: 
To provide compassionate care to those in need, and to prevent and relieve suffering, here at home and around the world, through five key service areas: 1) disaster relief, 2) health and safety services, 3) international services, 4) support to military families, 5) biomedical services
Activities: 
Coordinating shelters in case of emergency situations and coordinating and presenting community preparedness for disaster; home fire preparedness, neighborhood canvassing, installing smoke alarms, and providing casework support to clients after family home fires
Hours: 
(Mon–Thu) 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; (Fri) 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; trained staff and volunteers on call 24 hours a day
Requirements: 
Spanish helpful but not required, 18+, background check, U.S. citizen
