Nicole Bourbon

Nicole Bourbon joined the Center Staff in May of 2008. She is the Administrative Assistant to the International Summer Service Learning Program, the Justice Education Program, and the International Community-Based Outreach Programs. In her role, she supports directors Rachel Tomas Morgan (ISSLP, JE) and Rosie McDowell in the logistics for the programs' operations.

Prior to her position at the Center, Nicole worked in Human Resources at Notre Dame, assisting the United Way Campaign. Before moving to South Bend in 2007, Nicole was a client services manager at a Southern California government relations firm, and a billing manager and development consultant at a foreign language institute. She was actively involved in the business community as a member of the Building Industry Association, Urban Land Institute and the Women's Transportation Seminar of Orange County and Inland Empire.

Nicole holds a BA in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine. While completing a minor in Education, she also worked with disadvantaged youth in Orange County Middle Schools. Nicole currently volunteers as a youth basketball coach in the Inter-City Catholic League. She has recently become a new member of Junior League South Bend.
