Paula Muhlherr

Paula Muhlherr is the Office Manager of the Center for Social Concerns. She also supports Bill Purcell, Associate Director, Catholic Social Tradition and Practice and James Paladino, Associate Director, Program and Resource Administration. In her capacity as the Office Manager, Paula handles various human resource and personnel matters and manages the CSC building.

Prior to joining the CSC staff in April of 2006, Paula served the University of Notre Dame Law School’s National Institute for Trial Advocacy for twelve years. Before moving to South Bend in 1994, Paula spent eight years working in private law firms in Houston, Texas; first as a legal secretary, later as a paralegal, and finally as an Office Manager.

As President of the Board of Directors for Prevent Child Abuse of St. Joseph County and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, Paula is thankful for the opportunity to help and protect children in our community.
