
Marina Navia is a Community-Based Research Associate for the Center for Social Concerns. She facilitates the development of community-based research projects that link students, faculty, and campus staff to various community partners in order to address the research needs of the community.
She obtained a master’s degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated on public health and development. She has worked with several organizations that address social issues including domestic violence, child abuse, and tobacco prevention.
